CircuitOpt's original source code is available under the MIT License. Vendored compact-model and compatibility sources retain their original copyright notices, licenses, and terms.

Included Third-Party Sources / 已包含的第三方源码

  • UC Berkeley BSIM4.5.0: compact-model equations under circuitopt/compact_models/bsim4/native_src/vendor/bsim4v5/. The original terms are retained in B4TERMS_OF_USE.
  • UC Berkeley BSIM4.5.0： 紧凑模型方程位于 circuitopt/compact_models/bsim4/native_src/vendor/bsim4v5/，原始条款完整 保留在 B4TERMS_OF_USE。
  • ngspice compatibility sources: selected declarations and device-support routines imported from the recorded ngspice revision. File-level copyright and permission notices remain authoritative.

Licensed foundry model payloads are local user inputs and are not redistributed by this project.
